NOT has traveled around the world, but sometimes he doesn't spend enough time at home seeing who's in his own back yard. In this case, the destination was Rhode Island, a state where if he waddled enough he could get across the state all by himself.
NOT felt like someone was watching him. REALLY REALLY Closely. But it was only Mr. Potato Head, standing guard outside of the Hasbro World Headquarters in Pawtucket.
Mr. Potato Head also serves as the official Rhode Island Ambassador. Though his being mounted on that cement base, NOT is not sure where he's ambassador to.
Down in Providence he swung on by the state capitol building.
Inscribed on the building's side was the pithy sentiment:
"To hold forth a lively experiment that a most flourishing civil state may stand and best be maintained with full liberty in religious concernments." Sounds like something Roger Williams would have said. Maybe he did.
At the end of the day, it was nice to just snuggle down with some friends.
