NOT believes in just saying no. But that doesn't mean he doesn't like to get high. Up a mountain that is.
He's already visited Mt. Rainier and Mt. Whiteface, as well as Mt. Coe and Mt. Kathadin, NOT had a chance to go as high as he could in the state of Georgia - Brasstown Bald.

Now at 4,784 feet, it is certainly not the highest mountain on the east coast, but it sure beats the hell out of the highest point in Florida - Britton Hill at 345 feet. Take that Florida!
The Bald has a wonderful visitors center at the top, with history and wildlife exhibits and a large observation deck.

And for the sweltering heat of Georgia, it's nice to know that there is somewhere that the highest temperature recorded is in the upper 70's. Unfortunately for NOT, the day he visited he was almost above the clouds, shrouding the surrounding Appalachian mountains in misty clouds.

"I thought the Smoky Mountains were in North Carolina" mused NOT.
